Ingredients

  • 2 oz Big Storm London Dry Gin

  • 4 oz tonic water

  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice

  • Ice

  • Lemon wheel and orange slice (for garnish)

  • Rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Prepare Glass: Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Add Gin and Juices: Pour 2 oz of Big Storm London Dry Gin over the ice. Add the fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice.

  3. Add Tonic Water: Top off with 4 oz of tonic water.

  4. Stir: Gently stir to combine the ingredients.

  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a lemon wheel, an orange slice, and a sprig of fresh rosemary. To enhance the rosemary aroma, gently slap the rosemary sprig between your hands before adding it to the glass.
